Full Tilt Poker, at one time the second-leading online poker site, has closed its operations indefinitely. The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC), the gaming authority on the Isle of Man that regulated the site, ordered the shutdown after the site’s numerous legal and financial problems. The site had been closed to US-based players since the “Black Friday” indictments of 15 April, but this suspension could signal the end of the popular poker brand.
