Hollywood director Nick Cassavetes filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit against him involving a poker game that included him, other celebrities, and a corrupt banker convicted of fraud. Directors Cassavetes and Ben Affleck and actors Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire are all being sued by a creditor for convicted banker Brad Ruderman.
